Do you have what it takes to make the leap-of-faith? Can you climb to the top of the Jacob’s ladder? Can your team navigate the obstacle course, cargo net and tunnels to complete the challenge course? Stretch your limits and explore the great outdoors during a day visit to Woodrow High House, in Amersham Buckinghamshire. Woodrow really has it all and is the perfect day trip venue for primary and secondary schools, as well as every kind of youth organisation, both large and small.
Introducing our new high ropes course including leap-of-faith, crate stack, all-aboard and traverse wall. You’ll also be able to choose from your regular favourites including low ropes, team exercise, woodland walk and much more. You can view the full list of our day visit activities here.
We’ll work with you to design a programme based on your desired aims and outcomes, with the needs of your pupils at the centre of everything we do. - Standard Day (~9:30am – 3:30pm) includes up to three instructor-led outdoor activities.
- Extended Day (~9:30am – 6:00pm) includes up to four instructor-led outdoor activities.
100% adventure or a mix of physical challenges, mental stimulation and quiet time: the choice is yours. Our most popular choice for day visits consists of a fun-packed day full of outdoor adventure activities, all led by our fully qualified team of outdoor instructors. For day visits to Woodrow High House, we require a minimum group number of 10 participating children, plus staff on a 1:15 ratio to supervise.
Prices are seasonal and start from £30. All non-participating teacher places are free.
