With a versatile swimming pool, engaging fitness classes, spacious changing rooms, a poolside refreshments area, and ample free parking, Woodrow offers a welcoming space for all ages and fitness levels to enjoy and unwind.
Heated swimming pool
Our heated pool is lovely and warm (31 degrees to be exact!). Perfect for all ages and abilities, the pool features depths from 1m to 1.8m, and with a hoist available, everyone can enjoy the water with ease. Whether it’s for a private swim session, a fun-filled gathering, or simply some relaxing pool time, our inviting space is ready for you!
Sports hall
Woodrow’s sports hall, complete with a stage facility, is open for a range of activities seven days a week. Visitors can enjoy indoor sports like basketball, netball, and football, as well as participate in fitness classes, parties and more. Whether you’re dropping in for a single class or attending regularly, our hall is ready to welcome you for an active and enjoyable experience.
3G Astroturf pitch
At Woodrow, our 5-a-side 3G floodlit Astroturf is open every day and perfect for more than just football. It’s an ideal space for fitness bootcamps, walking football, or even buggy fit classes. Whether you’re dropping by for a one-off session or joining a regular class, you’ll find a friendly, adaptable spot that makes staying active fun.
Off-road cycle skills circuit
Our off-road enclosed cycle circuit offers a safe and traffic-free space to enjoy mountain biking on our private estate. With trails designed for different skill levels, visitors can challenge themselves and build their abilities while having fun in a secure, scenic environment.
