About the role
Salary: £41,400 pa | Annual Leave: 39 days | Hours: Full-time 37.5 pw | Term: Ongoing
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual, motivated by making an impact, who shares our values. You will work alongside the Head of Woodrow to deliver on our strategic objectives, taking responsibility for an annual income target of circa £1.3m. You will work with the Heads and Sales Teams at both centres to take forward the development of a new CRM platform, improve our digital marketing and enhance our online presence.
You will bring with you experience in direct sales and new business development. Leveraging your key account management skills, you will lead the Woodrow team in retaining current business year on year and reducing churn. You are adept at cultivating brand awareness, have commercial aptitude, and as such will develop a marketing strategy that underpins and supports your revenue goals. You are a big fan of technology and all things digital and know how to maximize these tools’ capability to support sales and marketing.
You are analytical, enabling you to come up with effective solutions and make good decisions when faced with complex scenarios. You are an effective collaborator, a savvy negotiator, and an excellent communicator who will drive forward our financial objectives and play a key part in the future success of Woodrow High House and Hindleap Warren.
