About the role
As our Housekeeping Supervisor, your role is essential in maintaining the highest of cleaning standards of Woodrow High House by ensuring daily housekeeping operations run smoothly. You are responsible for the overall cleanliness of the site’s buildings, and will lead, train and supervise your team in delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is hands-on and will include oversight and management of the day to day housekeeping tasks; cleaning of the building’s communal areas, guest bedrooms and bathrooms; as well as preparation of bedrooms for arriving residential groups. The Housekeeping Supervisor will also be responsible for the ordering of laundry, equipment and cleaning materials.
This role plays a key part in the future success of Woodrow High House by providing first-class customer service experiences to our customers who will keep wanting to return. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, motivated, and customer focused. We expect you to bring your knowledge and experience of housekeeping services, practices and procedures; as well as excellent supervisory, organisational and customer service skills.
Salary: £14,726 per annum
Hours: 30 hours per week
Leave: 31 days per annum (accrued pro-rata) + 8 bank holidays
