Developing young people into confident leaders of tomorrow.
Make your residential count, by completing our OCN accredited Level 1 Youth Leadership Course with us.
What’s the difference between leadership and youth leadership? How does a leader communicate effectively? What skills and characteristics do you need to be a good leader? How can I put my leadership style into practice?
Time to find out, on this engaging and interactive three-day, two-night course, where you’ll learn about leadership theories, different leadership styles and effective ways to communicate. Then put your learning into practice on our high ropes course, or while orienteering, raft-building or navigating your way through our nightline trail: it’s the perfect all-round experience.
