We can’t stop talking about Sunday 1st December, it was nothing short of magical, and we couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who made it a day to remember. From our amazing visitors to the lovely stallholders, our dedicated staff members and the generous business who donated food for our refreshments and raffle prizes, thank you!
Our magical Santa’s Grotto was the highlight of the day. Children (and adults!) were delighted to meet Santa himself, sharing what they would like for Christmas and taking home a special treat. Santa’s elves created a workshop full of fun and creativity from letter writing to snowflake making and fun was had by all.
After a visit to Santa, we enjoyed our raffle tombola and many tasty treats, with homemade sausage rolls, mince pies and mulled mine! The marshmallow toasting station was a huge success and the perfect place to keep warm in the chilly weather.
Our Sports Hall was filled with stallholders who brought their products, from handcrafted decorations to floral arrangements it was a great place for visitors to find the perfect Christmas gift. To all of our stallholders, thank you for setting up shop at Christmas at Woodrow.
Whilst we reflect on this festive day, Woodrow is looking forward to our 2025 events. Keep your eyes peeled for what is coming next!
