Accessibility FAQs
We’re dedicated to creating an inclusive environment and tailoring our sessions to ensure they’re accessible to everyone.
Your furry friends are more than welcome, we ask that you inform us prior to your arrival and that you follow our Service dogs at Woodrow policy. This can be found here.
We would ask that you bring any personal equipment an individual may require to make their stay as comfortable as possible.
We have a range of equipment to make our activities inclusive.
Yes. Our swimming pool is fully accessible for all swimmers and we have a hoist to help guide you in and out of the pool.
We recognise many people have varying needs – some will be physical impairing mobility, whereas others may have neurodiverse needs. All our activities are adaptable and inclusive, and as long as we know your needs in advance, we can discuss with you how to support these.
Yes, and in part. Our Leisure Centre is fully accessible, with a lift to move between levels. Our Manor House is limited due to its Grade II listing, however, we do have zones where wheelchairs can move freely through the house.
Please send an email to hellowoodrow@londonyouth.org or use the form on our Contact page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
